Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Playlistr (playlistr.co.uk and associated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Use of the platform

Playlistr provides three connected services: Playlistr LIVE (real-time song requests), Playlistr Connect (artist and venue bookings), and Playlistr FanCam (crowd photo galleries). You agree to use these services only for their intended, lawful purposes.

Artist accounts

Artists who create profiles on Playlistr Connect are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, their availability and commitments to venues, and their conduct at events booked through the platform.

Venue accounts

Venues using Playlistr Connect agree to honour confirmed bookings, pay artists the agreed fee, and treat artists professionally.

FanCam content

By uploading photos to Playlistr FanCam, you grant Playlistr a non-exclusive licence to display those photos within the event gallery and on our platform. You confirm you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain inappropriate material.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Playlistr to post false or misleading information, harass other users, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to circumvent our systems, or engage in any unlawful activity.

Limitation of liability

Playlistr facilitates connections between artists and venues but is not a party to booking contracts. We are not liable for disputes between artists and venues, cancellations, or any loss arising from the use of our platform beyond what is required by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
